There are several roads to becoming a realtor. My journey started over 20 years ago, helping a family member with their real estate career by helping with open houses and providing a creative eye for staging homes. My career path started in in insurance, mortgage and financial services. But where was the passion? My interaction with clients kept me going, but I needed something more.
After going through the process of buying two homes, feeling overwhelmed by the paperwork and the process and underwhelmed by the realtor's expertise, my A-HA! moment happened. I should become a Realtor! My passion for client service now paired with the opportunity of homeownership - a perfect match. My previous experience in insurance and mortgage helped me fast track my new career and I was excited to learn more about the technical aspects of the process so I could share those details with my clients in a clear, concise and easy-to-understand fashion.
Over the last several years, I have helped more than 100 families and individuals with their dream of homeownership. As the OWNER of Core Properties Real Estate, my expertise shines through in each and every transaction, client interaction and customer review. As my company grows, my ability to share that same expertise with my team fuels that same passion that I share with my clients!
Stacy Schaefer
Obtaining her real estate license was part of Stacy’s plan for success. After managing a few rental properties and buying and selling a few of her own homes, she realized that she had a passion for the industry. She also wanted to share her rock-solid client service with her real estate clientele that she honed over the last 2 decades in the service industry. Looking for mentorship, she quickly identified Danielle Kraska at Core Properties as a leader in the field that she knew she could learn from.
Over the last year, she has spoken with and coached several of her co-workers on buying and selling real estate. Stacy’s other advantage that puts her at the head of the pack is her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. Her HUSBAND, Jim, has 20+ years of industry experience that she also shares with her clients.
